In this short documentary created as part of the Advanced Course in Digital Media (SPPU) group project, we explore the history, flavours, legacy and nostalgia behind one of Pune’s oldest ice cream destinations.
From hand-churned ice creams and classic flavours to its deep cultural impact on the old city, this video captures why Ganu Shinde continues to be a timeless favourite across generations.
